Dr. Sara Nasir completed her MBBS in Pakistan in 2002 and came to the UK in 2005. She completed her GP training in East Kent in 2016 and worked as a GP in Ashford prior to joining us in November 2020.
Dr. Tamsin Fordham attended medical school in Nottingham and trained locally as a GP. She joined the practice in January 2019.
Dr. Lina Kingston attended medical school in King’s College London and trained locally as a GP. She joined the practice in August 2021.
Dr. Olufemi Feyijimi completed his MBBS in Nigeria in 1999. He has been a regular locum doctor with us for many years and became a permanent member of the practice team in October 2024.
Mrs. Wendy Yambo is the Practice Manager having joined us from Wye Surgery in December 2012. Wendy has worked in General Practice since 2000 and as a Manager within the NHS for over 18 years. Wendy served as the Practice Manager Representative for South Kent Coast Clinical Commissioning Group for 18 months, has completed the Practice Managers Diploma, is AAT qualified and has completed the NHS England General Practice Improvement Leaders Programme. Wendy assisted in the development of a local GP federation and worked as their General Manager alongside her Practice Management role until deciding to focus on the Practice. Wendy is currently the Finance Lead Manager for the Primary Care Network in which Lydden Surgery is the lead practice. Wendy has a keen interest in patient satisfaction, training and development.
Ann Harkett joined us as our Practice Nurse in January 2018. She is in charge of chronic disease management.
Karis qualified in 2012 and worked at WHH in the Surgical Emergency Assessment Unit before joining us at Lydden in January 2021, and prior to that within the day surgery unit at QEQM. She is in charge of infection control.
Nikki joined the team at Lydden Surgery in August 2020 having worked in general practice for 6 years. Prior to this, she worked in the community, visiting people in their homes, as part of a rehabilitation team.
Natalie qualified in 2012 and joined the team at Lydden in August 2024. Prior to joining us she worked in care homes, as a ward nurse in WHH and SECAMB NHS 111.
Jayne qualified as a HCA in 2016 and Chloe began training in 2023.
Our practice secretary is Niki and she is supported by Nicola and Katherine, our administrators.
The reception team is Deborah, Lorane, Katy, Grace and Ulrike.
The Business Support Admin and Reception Supervisor is Helen.
The administration team is Caroline and Sebastian.
Lisa Harrison is our Dispensary Manager and Pauline, Vijaya, Madison and Sebastian are our dispensers.
