CLOSED FOR TRAINING
We will be closed on the afternoon of Thursday 26th September for training. The practice will re-open at 8am on Friday 27th. If you require medical assistance during this time, please call 111, or 999 if it is an emergency.
Lydden Surgery is open Monday – Friday 8am to 6.30pm. The surgery is closed on bank holidays.
Update personal details, book and cancel GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view your medical records online.
For routine investigations we ask you to phone approximately five days after the blood/X-ray was taken.
Ask your surgery team about Patient Access.
If you need help with a non-urgent medical or admin request, you can now contact us online
