We use a triage system, which has been designed and agreed by our GPs, to responsively assist our patients in the most appropriate way. You will be asked a few, directed questions, and the information you provide will be passed straight to our GP-led triage team. We accept requests online between 8.00am and 6.30pm on weekdays. For urgent queries after 3.30pm please contact us via telephone.
The NHS App can be used to view allergies, medications, test results, documents, immunisations, problems and consultations. By logging in to this you can save a lot of time waiting on the telephone to ask for information. By default, anything that has been added to your records since 3rd October 2023 should be visible (or the date that you registered with us if it is more recent); if you would like access to older records, please ask and we can switch this on for you.
