Normal Working Hours

We operate a triage system Monday-Friday, 8.00am-3.30pm, but the practice remains open for urgent queries until 6.30pm.

We do not accept prescription requests over the phone. You can order your repeat prescriptions via the NHS app, by email or by dropping your repeat slip in the letter box at the front of the practice. We ask all requests are submitted before running out of medication to allow us 5 working days to complete your request.

Out Of Hours

For any out-of-hours issues after 6.30pm or on bank holidays, you can call the free NHS 111 service or use 111 online.

Complaints

Every patient has the right to make a complaint or share comments and suggestions about the treatment or care they have received at Lydden Surgery.
 
By telling us about your experiences, we will be able to either improve our services or continue to enhance the care that we provide.
 
Complaints can be made verbally, in writing or via email to kmicb.lyddenreception@nhs.net. The practice manager, or any member of the business support team, will be happy to assist with any queries.
 
At the point of making a complaint you will receive copies of documents to assist you in passing on your comments and how the practice will manage them. Copies of these are also available on request even if not making a formal complaint.
